Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including all accessories and packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@linetglobal.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you're returning or exchanging the item. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective Items: If your item is defective, please contact us immediately at support@linetglobal.com with your order number and a photo of the defective item. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and either issue a replacement or process a full refund.
Final Sale Items: Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
